by Tatiana G. on I have been to 330 Ritch a few times and never am I disappointed. I know there a lot of club sin SF, but I always seem to go back here!! I love the old school music, its the best!!! I've been there on both Fridays and Saturdays and always so much fun!! Highly recommended!!

Well, it's for the lack of response from my email requesting bottle/table service options and prices because I wanted to party here. I emailed them from whatever portal the website linked that "contact us" page to; that was about 3 weeks ago and still, no response. Yeah, I guess it's a little unfair to post this review based on not receiving an email reply from these people, but it just means they have horrible customer relations/service. How hard it is to reply back on an email? It's either you want the business or you don't. And I guess they don't. Had someone actually responded to me, they would've gotten my business and the business of my friends who like to drink...in mass amounts...at the bar. The pictures of the venue posted on the site looked really good and yeah, I was very interested in partying at this supposed chic and classy place. I guess I will never know...but I had fun elsewhere.
