by Lee Benasher on I love El Rio!! I didn't even know about the back patio the first few times I went for happy hour (which lasts from 5-9, by the way - $3 wells and $3 pints!). The patio is really nice, especially for a dive bar with such a sketchy looking entrance. It's in the mission so the crowd is very hipster. They have live music from time to time. There's a pool table. Bathrooms are relatively clean (by bar standards, anyway). It's all round awesome - GO!!
by Keri M. on Boston rateclubsers let me down. Didn't warn me that the cover charge here is $30 for special events (and who knows when those are/aren't) and $20 for non-special events. Nor that "afterhours" is code for "doesn't open until 1:30 am." Sadly, I never made it into this place.
by Ulysses Sanchz on f you are looking for something different and fun try Duvet. This restaurant is great for groups. You eat on a bed. They have about 30 beds that are larger than King size. There are tons of pillows to lounge around on. The food is really good. I started with the Charred Skirt Steak Salad. For my entree I had the Wild Stripe Bass. Everything was so yummy. It is a little on the pricy side but worth every penny. The location is 45 West 21st Street.
