by Duane G. on We wanted to soak up Hollywood...and this place plays the part. Stylish room, cool pool, good lounge music, and steps from the busy hollywood strip. The room was remarkably quiet, but the pool/lobby can be a bit crazy. Enjoyed an organic/local dinner at the bridges restaurant - reasonably priced too.
by Michelle D. on i really enjoyed this bar-and went with great people who danced, so that's prob. why i felt like we could rock out this joint! however... i was really angry with the manager, because a friend of ours left the bar, and then tried coming back in and they said he was too drunk. really, he was barely drunk and maybe just acting a bit goofy.. whatever the reason, i really must say, that there was no regard for the fact that they were inconveniencing a rather large group of people. it was my first time at this bar, and the fact that this was my first experience there made me think that i would maybe not want to go back, because if the manager is that strict, then he might be like that again. really... do they not want to gain some loyal customers? this manager needs to rethink his actions. the music videos make this place very fun though, so i would recommend people give it a go just because it was a good time-it just turned sour for me when they made us all leave!
