It's really Club 300 Atlanta cuz after a certain time you gotta be 21...what kind of family fun can you have on the weekends if they gonna turn it into a club?

I love its dark, dive bar appeal, pool table, nooks for small tables and couches, tiny stage you can get right up to, and best of all- the weirdest bathroom I've ever had the pleasure of entering into - through the little door up the stairs- makes it one of my favorite place to spend a night :)
by Mario Souers on yet another fabulous music venue in san francisco, but honestly, a notch below the great american and the fillmore. additionally, since i live in the mission, it's a long drive to get here. nevertheless, when it comes down to it, it's all about the music......and bimbo's has been a host to some of the best shows in san francisco. recently i saw the dresden dolls here. in my opinion, the dresden dolls capture the bimbo's ambiance better than anyone else. they are fun, theatrical, whimsical, beautiful, stylish, refined, dark and cabaret-esque.......yes, just like bimbo's. romantic indeed. warning: tainted love, you know, that cheeeesy 80s cover band, plays here sometimes.......and that crowd is, um, interesting...
