I went to Greenhouse last night (Tues) for a party with HiFi Cartel ( http://hificartel.com) and had a blast. No issues at the door, awesome DJ with a hot mix of music. Good crowd of people and even ran into friends I haven't seen in a while. We didn't have a table and it wasn't a problem we just sat wherever we wanted and moved down when a table was bought or booked. It's very cozy and intimate no huge dancefloor but instead lots of tables nessled together. The doorman is hard. I didn't have a problem b.c. my friend was running the party there. If you're guys, bring ladies but that's normal club protocol. They claim to be sticklers for ID's but I feel like there were a whole lot of rich 17 year olds usind Daddy's credit cards to buy bottles... either that or 21 year olds are looking a lot younger these days. Overall awesome time and recommended. Awesome decour looks just like the pictures on their site. In terms of paying, I didnt buy anything so I'm not sure but use cash.. CC's are always dangerous at these places.

Didn't eat at the restaurant upstairs, but the Cafe/Market downstairs is quite a little hidden gem. Beautiful natural decor, amazing pastry selection, and larrrrge wooden table to sit around, complement the great food, and outstanding attitudes of the employees/waitstaff. This is the type of place you want to continue to frequent, but keep secret from the public. We had the Turkey Sandwich, and Corned Beef Ruben to go. Detail was clearly paid to the packaging of these over-stuffed, over-sized sandwiches. We topped it off with a raisin-ish pastry that was equally as good! Great selections of hard-to-find sodas and beverages round it all out nicely. Will definitely return.

Geez, I have been to Sherlock's too many times this month and I think it is begging me to give a review. I don't like the live band there, they are usually the double L's-- Loud and lousy. When we first heard them we thought there was an amateur Karaoke competition going on. I never noticed who are the regular patrons because I usually just hang out with my own friends, play some pool and drink some beer. Good appertizers, I have had the chicken tortilla soup, chicken quesadilla and fried calamari there before, acceptable. The fries are not bad either. But if you are sitting at the pool area, the service is usually slow. why do i always go there? I guess my friends just hate to think about a good place to hang out in the North.
