Filled with ice, plastic animals, maraschino cherries, maybe an orange wedge, a little umbrella, supposedly 11 ounces of alcohol, and as many straws as you've got friends, the scorpion bowl is the unique twist that The Hong Kong brings to the bar experience. This boozey stew of over 21 fun could really use more of a Scorpion's sting. Rather, it comes off as a timid bowl of mixed juice that fails to intoxicate, driving one to the comfort of an old standby, the vodka tonic. Maybe that's what the scorpion bowl really is - a method to fleece Harvard students before they actually start drinking. Shame on you Scorpion Bowl!
