Very tasty indeed. Came here mainly cause I'd heard about it through Top Chef stuff. Parking lot not very big, but we managed to find a spot around 8PM on a Thursday evening. The area where Flip Burger is located doesn't quite fit the mood and clientele, but it works. Crowd was trendy, younger, munching. Very pretty establishment, a bit dark for my tastes but appropriate given the atmosphere, staff was attentive and nice. Menu is a bit overwhelming. It is only one page (which is available on their website), but there are so many tasty options. I opted for the osso buco burger (veal + gremolata + onion crispies). Burgers are not massive, but substantial enough to get a tasty fill. Also ordered the goat cheese and beet salad - this was on par, not amazing, sprinkled with asian cracker mix on top. Sweet potato fries with oaxacan chocolate salt with what looked like ranch for dipping was absolutely divine. Liquid nitrogen milkshakes were so-so. Flavors were interesting. Nutella/toasted marshmallow milkshake tasted just like a chocolate milkshake - no hint of nutella at all, but still tasty. Key lime milkshake was wonderful as well, the best part being the graham cracker bits at the bottom. These can be split in two into smaller glasses (martini glasses actually) and shared with friends. My friends got the salmon burger (smoked salmon) and the tuna burger. Apparently the tuna burger ends up tasting like a weird land meat - probably not what we were expecting. Love that the tables in the middle were semi-communal table style (aka had tall tables that very nearly touched in long rows in the middle - not quite communal tables, but very nearly - guess it depends on each person's taste. Had very large deep booths that could accommodate 8+ people too. I can imagine it could get busy, but we only waited about 5 minutes before we had a table (noone else was waiting for a table)

Came here one night when the gf and I were in South Beach. Certainly it was something different.. live music, dancers on stage, black lights throughout, hot bartenders. Pretty good salsa music, not your typical reggaeton / rap, which was cool. Drinks were as expensive as you'd expect them to be in SoBe. The cover varied depending on the night. I think the night we went it was $10, but I saw it as high as $20. At $10 I think it's worth a visit.

Verrrry Swanky. I wasn't expecting it to be that nice. I can't wait for the cocktail waitresses to get the french maid outfits back. Speaking of cocktail waitresses. The short blond who works there was very cute and bubbly. Negative one star for being Shweaty and for having only one Zin that was 15 dollars a glass...
