by Richard H. on Perfect ambiance. creative and ever changing menu. They cleverly wrap southern staples in to modern dishes. I particularly like to sit at the bar and order several apps. The duck confit and grits were fantastic. The place is Always crowded. I also like the cafe downstairs for breakfast, especially the doghead biscuit.

We had great experiences both times and will say the V.I.P is well worth the money.It sounds like most of these rateclubsers are just broke and are most likely the ones to complain. We will roll into Rouge again,yes in V.I.P! *Monica Rocks,the music was great* Thanks ROUGE,my Husbands 26th was great!!!
