by Karen L. on I'm not picky about my clubs--as long as they are spacious, have acceptable decor, have a good area to take a breather, and serve liquor, I am happy. I actually really like this club. Perhaps if I didn't have a good experience, I'd rate this place lower, but I had a great experience, so that certainly helps. It was apparently ladies' night when we came here (and it certainly was a ladies night for us this particular night!) so the ladies got free champagne. The champagne wasn't bad, either, though my fellow lady friends didn't like it and gave theirs to me (more for me!)--I reckon they are the vodka and Patron types. I like that there is a lounge area, and then a large dance floor area, which you enter by going up some stairs (a bit difficult in stilettos... and maybe with a drink or two in your system). The dance floor area is super spacious, and that is a definite plus in my book. The music was, of course, of your typical top 40s hits, so it was alright. The bar experience was also good--we didn't have to wait too long to get the bartender's attention. However, because we were a group of girls, guys kept trying to get in on the action! That was slightly annoying, because I hate creepers, but we simply just danced away, and we still had a great night!
by Kristy S. on 1 word Margarita So many to choose from. I like the spicy diablo...I love margaritas. I love hot sauce. A margarita with hot sauce in it that actually tastes good...yes please. The margaritas are VERY strong so take it easy...or go hard if that's your thing. I would compare them to those of Rio Grande...and those are ridiculous. The service should have been better. I don't love waiting for the bartender to stop flirting for ten minutes while I'm trying to get another drink. I might have lost my buzz had there not been half a bottle of tequila in each margarita.
