by Audrey S. on I have been to Zahav a number of times and it is always wonderful. I love the pickled sides served with the pita here. The pickled carrots and twice-roasted eggplant are soo delish. The turkish style hummus comes out of the oven with pools of hot butter on top, yum. The tasting menu is great if you are starving. it's 36 bucks and you get to try a variety of dishes. i really like to sit at the bar here. the bartenders make delicious drinks and are very friendly. i had a persimmon salad with pomegranate and goat cheese the last time i was there and an ox-tail soup that was outstanding. definitely worth the money.
by Pandora R. on WOW! If you are not originally from the Caribbean then going to Club Intrigue, formerly Aquarium may not be the place for you. First, the party does not officially start until very late hours of the night or shall we say "we" hours of the morning. I experienced on several occasions no one dancing, the DJ constantly cutting off the music to broadcast several announcements, drinks were very expensive, cover was 20 dollars male or female, lines were held outside to give the illusion of a "full house," the club smelled heavily of marijuana, and the facility as a whole was not kept properly. I give this club 2 stars....Enter at your own risk!
