Awesome freaking club! Pros: lots of fun, sexy and beautiful people. Pros: a place where celebrities actually party Pros: The secruity/doormen are awesome! Nice group of people Cons: This place gets extremely packed... so packed that it was unsafe. I even lost my new and prized bracelet. Cons: I received an email about free entry/ $20 VIP all night. Well someone lied b/c VIP was really an express line...no VIP access at all.

This past weekend, a couple of us decide to check out the nightlife outside San Diego. It probably helped that we knew the promoter and got an "easy" access into this club. Parking is practically next door for only $8. I guess that's cheap, depending on what you're use to. Anyhow, let's just say, I was not use to seeing this many Asian people in one room in a long, long time. Inside, I thought it was pretty sweet that they had a lot of "comfortable" seating areas - makes it easier to talk to people. The seats are open until they get bought out. Drinks. Either people are not as thirsty or they all learned the art of pre-partying. For $12 a drink, I would say the latter is more likely. That said, it was not hard to get a drink - no typical overcrowding of the bar. Scenery. Nice. Mixture of "fur" and some dark-looking shingles - somehow it worked. Overall, I'd probably make my way out here again in the near future.

pop roxx here is super fun,at least its a big locale so you aren't claustrophobic . Expensive drinks, retarded cover. It is very dark inside which sometimes I hate to sound like a granny, but its dangerous when you are drunk going up and down those stairs..ive had good times here, and ive had horrible times here. But welcome to san francisco...hit or miss
