by Taylor A. on If you want to get hammered, packed in like sardines, while watching people your mom and dad's age dance like they're being electrocuted check out Fado. Came here on the weekend when Atlanta was iced over. You'd think this would stop people from coming? No way! It was packed so tight I thought I was in Tokyo taking a subway ride. But, surprisingly the bartenders were fast and not that hard to get to to get a drink. The best idea is to stand uncomfortable too close to another table until they leave. Or watch for people leaving. Then a server will bring all your drinks right to you! The DJ played much more than Dropkick Murphys and U2. They didn't have that "Shots shots shots shots shots, everybody" song I wanted, but the DJ was cool. People were dancing randomly all over the place. This is a fun place to go with a group of people, but prepared for it to be nuts packed. Even the parking was full when we arrived at about 11pm.
