by Annamae Malkowski on This place was NOT crackin Friday night. I guess Thanksgiving turkey feasts and hours of waiting in line for Black Friday doesn't exactly put you in the mood to go clubbing. The venue is pretty decent. $10 public parking right across the street for those of us in 4 in heels and miniskirts despite the freezing weather. Two floors for bottle service, though barely any were booked on Friday. The top level is nice and clean, with artificial white columns and gogo dancers wearing feathered headdresses dancing at the, well I guess "temple". Unfortunately, that's where they play the trance. If you want hiphop/top 40s, you have to go downstairs where it's a lot more ghetto and stuffy. Before you write this place off though, do keep in mind that perhaps not many people shared my mentality of working off all 5 plates of Thanksgiving food on the dance floor! ;) I've heard that this place is pretty fun normally and will definitely come back to see for myself.
