by M R. on Waited 2 hours for a table, but we didn't have a reservation. So not knocking points off there. However, while waiting for our table, we sat in the bar area. I ordered a cappachino which took 20 MINUTES to receive!! For dinner, I ordered a shrimp and crab pasta which took almost 40 minutes to get and was luke warm to the taste. At the end the waiter boxed up my food and a friend of mine's food. When I opened it the next day, he had given me my friend's food and I imagine my friend ended up with my food. Overall, I didn't think waiting 2 hours was worth the cold food and wrong leftovers, plus the neccessity of having to wait 20 minutes for a coffee drink.
by Naomi K. on I'm down with the friendly staff. Definitely down with the laid back atmosphere. Kinda gives you a breather from the rest of Castro. Lovely set up inside. Super comfy couch. Plenty of space at the bar, side tables and a big community table. Good lighting. Little warm inside (and no, not just from the wine.) Got a nice bottle of syrah from South Africa's darling cellar Onyx. Cheese plate was super tasty.
