by Andre Keanu on Really, I don't think it could get much better. I came here with a bunch of friends for the Halloween "Fake Blood" shindig.. Sorry, can't say I paid much attention to the music, but what I do know is that this place is CLEAN! It wasn't grimey, there was a good amount of space to dance within the crowd and you weren't stepping on people just to get to another side of the venue. Yay! Good times :)

by sveta k. on this place is beat--as in beatnik, it's really a throw back and one of theee coolest places in nyc. also, don't be fooled by the name yes they do have poets but they have a great music scene too--latin jazz--not to be missed, so come on by and snap away (as in fingers) while listening to some up & coming and already come talent!
