Absolutely horrible. I would never go here again. The music was horrible in every room, though the upstairs was better. Down stairs in the hip-hop room, as soon as you get in there it smells like must and sweat. It was so packed you couldn't even move, and if you could you were just bumping into sweaty sticky peolpe. I ended up only staying for about 1 1/2 hours.

A couple things about me, so that you understand where this review is coming from and do/do not read it as legit based on where your preferences align with mine. I live on the eastside. I believe that there is more real, honest fun to be had in modest settings, with few dollars, and based in who you are with rather than where you are at. That said, I lived in Hollywood for two years, know what goes on there, and stepped into MyHouse with full respect and enthusiasm for the temporary paradigm shift that is going to the "It Club". And the verdict is, don't believe the hype. I read the write-ups and the reviews, and was fucking stoked about the concept and its supposed brilliant execution. The idea of a club-turned-house-turned-party house is, to say the least, fucking sick. But that's not what I found last night at MyHouse. I found the exact same tired Hollywood hip-hop and bottle-service bullshit that you can find virtually anywhere in Hollywood or West Hollywood. The line was a clusterfuck of aging libertines and the bouncers were wearing three-piece suits. Not once, not twice, but three times my squad was ejected from our seating arrangements because "I'm sorry, this is OUR table". I think there was a bed somewhere just to make the theme wash but I searched upstairs and down for it and came up empty handed. I'm sorry, but if MyHouse is blowing your mind, your range is pretty fucking weak. Earlier I said hip-hop and bottle service. Well that was the vibe, but the statement is only half true. The DJ wasn't playing hip-hop, he was actually playing an extremely good set (mixing as well as selection) and music-wise I have no complaints. I totally forgot about "Future" by Cut Copy until he played it last night. Good song. Cheers for that, DJ, whoever you are. But that's about it really.
