I've seen a couple of shows here recently. Truly a blast from the past and a very unique venue. Its a fairly large room, mostly taken up by round tables/chair set-ups, which seem to be claimed very early or reserved prior to the show. Would be a fun place to take a date. Acoustics are good, things seem to start on time...Totally random crowd. I'm talking 18 to 81 year olds. But I love me some old man dancing so its all good. My only complaint would be the drinks. The mixed drinks suck (I made the mistake of ordering a barely-drinkable Gin and Tonic once). The beer selection also sucks and I don't really care to pay $5 for a Bud Light. But I guess I will ::grumble, grumble:: The 2 drink minimum they mention on the website doesn't seem to be enforced, for the record. My advice would be to pre-game elsewhere and enjoy the show!

Decor= Amazing! Food= Good. The shrimp and spring roll appetizers were tasty. The sushi is average. Service= When we ordered a bottle of chardonnay our server was perplexed as if she had never heard of such a thing before and asked us to order by the # assigned to the bottle, rather than the name. We couldn't believe it. Was this a fast food place? A Diner? Then she took our appetizer orders only to appear minutes later apologizing that she hadn't written them down and forgot what we had ordered. At this point we were all stifling laughs it was like a scene from a bad comedy. It was obvious that this I'm Waiting Tables Until My Acting Career Takes Off chick could not be bothered to learn the food & wine options. She was a train wreck. So other than that fiasco, the place was enjoyable and fun.
