Came here for brunch on a Sunday and boy was is busy, was difficult to find the host stand but once we did the seating was immediate. I was dying for eggs Benedict and a BloodyMary and got just that. The server was very and didn't rush during our order taking. The Guacomole unimpressive as was the Bloodymary. When the food arrived, it appeared enticing and flavorful until I bit into a nasty charred burnt piece of ham. Later, after we all discussed how everyones dish wasn't anything special, I had about 18 hrs of indigestion and nausea ( and I have a iron clad stomach, takes alot to upset me). I don't think i will be visiting Trudy's again. I did however like the art work. And no TV's upstairs for game watching.

This is a culmination of two visits, first was not good and the second ok. Even though the burgers are good, they were not as amazing as I would expect out of a gourmet burger. I am not a fan of the bread they used as it came out a little stiff as it had been sitting out on the counter for some time. The burger meat was juicy and I had to eat my onion rings without ketchup after asking the server twice for some (after waiting for literally 10 minutes, I just went ahead and ate them). FLIP does have a unique flare (music and decor) to it which makes it fun to eat here. Something I would recommend getting is a nutella + burnt marshmallow shake which balanced the review!

I've come here a couple times for their happy hour, where they have margaritas for a little over 4 bucks and free chimichangas, chips and salsa and other goodies. I personally haven't tried anything other than their regular margarita, which is just alright, but my friends have tried mango and strawberry margaritas which they said were pretty good. I only gave this place 3 stars because their margaritas tastes like it has too much of the margarita mix so it's overly sweet and almost syrupy. Also, their tables are really small so for bigger groups, u have to gather up all the stools around the area and squish together. All in all, it has a laid-back and fun atmosphere, has good prices during happy hour, and they always play good football games on their tvs.
