Not a bad find... I came here for the Super Bowl. It's a pretty big building for whatever mood you are in; to the left is a large sit down dining area and to the right is a large bar area surrounded by booths, high tops, and a ton of large, HD, flat screen TVs. The name speaks for itself; this place has everything from fresh or fried clams, oysters, and shrimp to some really great/delicious chicken sandwiches, salads, and soups. This place goes above and beyond your typical "bar food"... and get this--they even have about 6 oyster shots you can take. My oh my were they delish - I recommend the 'Deep Throat' because I am a huge fan of Absolut Peppar. So let me break it down for you with the Good vs. Bad: The good.... 1. The bar room and TVs to watch ANY sports game on any night of the week 2. The selection/variety of food. 3. The Oyster shots were a big selling point for me. 4. Variety of beer - I was seemingly impressed 5. Waitstaff - super friendly, accommodative (don't rush you into ordering all at once, you can al la carte with them and they won't give you an ounce of annoyance because of it) 6. If you are bored, you can walk to other bars including Tin Lizzy's just down the way. 7. Rooftop patio The bad... 1. Location... it's in the Grant Park area and kind of sketchy. 2. Price - kind of expensive for bar food but then again, it is seafood. 3. Parking - its limited; you might be parking your car on a side street in a neighborhood that already makes me feel uneasy coming into. The good outweighs the bad so I will be back for sure and hopefully its when they open their rooftop patio!!!

Beware of criminal fraud - Absolute Horror - Avoid at all costs. This venue overcharged our tab, adding a completely fictional cost of $2000.00 to our bill. In addition to this insult, they attempted to show us a fraudulent menu that misrepresented the charges to which we agreed. We happily paid the $100 per person cover charge, as well as the exorbitant $225 per bottle for 3 bottles of recent vintage Moet and Chandon champagne. But when our bill arrived, it was well over $2500 dollars, far beyond either the cover charge or the price per bottle to which we agreed and to which the menu referenced. ' We argued with the waitress, who brought us a fraudulent menu pricing the Moet champagne at $600 per bottle. The menu that every person in our three-person party had examined earlier previously stated $250 per bottle. We don't necessarily mind overpaying for champagne and cover charge for a clearly inferior cabaret show if it is presented in a trendy venue, but an attempt by the venue to blatently con its customers out of $2000 is far beyond the realm of even the most unscrupulous nightclub business practices. I will be filing a police report against the venue, and caution all potential customers to examine their tab closely. The show was inferior, far too short and the perfromers did not exhibit much talent. But all of its shortcomings could have been overlooked if it practiced an honest, legal business. But it doesn't, and I am happy to state as much in a court of law. Beware fraudulent menus and pricing, demand that the price you agree to be the price you pay, and avoid if you want a pleasant and problem-free night out.

No. I would never go here again after the sun goes down. If you go, go during a sporting event thats during the day. Not feeling it.
