by wane a. on Came here to watch the Lady Gaga show with my BFFF. Luckily, I was able to find a pair of tickets on Craigs for face value. We arrived at about 8:30 and stood in line for 2 hours. Doors were suppose to open at 10 but the first show ran a little late so we didn't get in til 10:30. The line moved really fast and we were in the doors within 5 minutes. Once I got in, we used the restrooms and headed straight to the stage. We were about 10 feet away. We watched the first band, thought Gaga was gonna come on, watched the second band, thought Gaga was gonna come on, and by the time the third band came on everyone in the crowd was super anxious and sweating it up. The girls were pushing left-to-right, the gay guys were getting in between to get in front. Fights were breaking out. By the time Gaga came out, I was dying of thirst and sweating up a storm. She was definitely amazing. She's one of a kind unlike any other pop stars. She's got a lot of talent and energy! It's hard to believe she's the same age as me. As I was trying my best to fight the thirst, I finally gave in about 3/4 of the show and headed straight to the bar. From there, we were able to watch her and have some space to breathe. I've never been to a venue where I felt so dehydrated before. I recommend everyone grab a bottle of water before jumping near the stage. Once your in there, your stuck and it's worst than a steam room.
