by Chelsea P. on I really hate being threatened by a bouncers measure of someone else's level of intoxication. You are not some godly and specially appointed gatekeeper to San Francisco's most exclusive night club. Nor am I the parent of said "drunk" girl. Yes, she could've behaved a little better, but don't harass me about it. The dancefloor and bar area was extremely densely packed with lots of older men with lady friends about half their age, but at least the 1 to 1 ratio rule kept the place from becoming a total sausagefest. It was extremely hard to get through. The music was good (house, DJ Vahid) but not good enough to make up for the heat and humidity. The whole place just made me feel extremely claustrophobic (subterranean, dark, hot, dense). At least the bathrooms were nice. *shrug* And why is the slide sometimes closed? That is seriously the whole appeal of this place in my opinion.
