by Aran Y. on i saw this place on "check Please" and I really wanted to like it. Went there and tried it twice....its just really not all that. With Mexican in the city like Nopalito, I dont see a reason to go to Nicks... I could see the merit of this place at 2AM after drinking....but otherwise nothing special.
by sophia s. on Absolutely amazing club that reminds you of Tryst with views of Hollywood? Yes! Absolutely gorgeous people inside the club? Yes, yes. Absolutely hot spot in LA? Yes, yes, and yes. I mean when you add the three together it equals EXCLUSIVE. How exclusive? If you're not hot or up to their par and don't have money, don't even bother trying to get in. This club is definitely eye candy in LA right now. Reminds me of Miami and Vegas because they basically pick who they want inside the club. You know it's crazy exclusive when you know there's a massive line outside the club and when you step foot inside it's not even packed and they don't want it to be either. Don't get me wrong, I love this place but I felt I had to do the run around to get inside. Once you're inside, the tables turn and any requests will be fulfilled.
