I was really excited to go to dinner here. It was a little dissapointing because I had heard people raving about the food and the show, but neither met my high expectations. Ill admit it was fun and the DJ's after dinner were awesome, but the dinner was something I could of found at a regular steakhouse and the show was just ok. I would only come again if i was celebrating someones birthday and it was a large group.

Imagine if you will, the comfort of your own bed with soft pillows a firm mattress and you know, plenty of strangers, some in lingerie some not... sharing and watching you in bed. Now imagine it... and get your head out of the gutter kids! Hell yes, this is my 600th review so the opener needed to have a hook. Right? Right? Went here tonight for our celebration of ... well ... Tuesday! And a value-licious time since Tuesdays at supperclub are a fantastically affordable $35 prefix menu. We had the corner bed, it was cosy for a party of 6. The beds were so comfy I could have probably napped in them, if not for all the pillow talk going on, but how I do love me some intimate pillow talk in front of strangers. We started with drinks. I had something like a St Jude, which was delicious with fruity mixes like pomegranate and other berries. Then came our first course, split pea soup with fried fish puffs. I think the soup was perfect, however I would have served it with shrimp puffs instead of the tuna. Shrimp would have just been more sweet to offset the savory of the soup as well as being less dry. The main course was lamb chops! Noms. It was just slightly gamey in the middle but it wasn't too bad overall with mashed potatoes and peas and asparagus. We finished with a rhubarb tart. It must be rhubarb season because we have a lot of it in work cafeteria recipes too. Dessert was served with ice cream. The edges were slightly over cooked, but generally pretty tasty. Meanwhile during the course of our meal we were entertained by Cirque du Soleil type performances, and the DJ was awesome. I had to Shazam several songs that were played. And the highlight was that Ms. V came and sat with us and chatted a bit when we asked if she could. She was lovely.
