by tanya o. on Unlawful business practices and rude management!!! They charged my card $150 without telling me that this is their policy if you open a tab. Now this money won't be available until Monday, and I have automatic payments coming out of my account today, plus I need to eat food in order to live. I was on the phone with them all day yesterday, and they were not sorry and not helpful, I was literally hysterically crying on the phone with them. Today I spoke to an account who told me this was not a priority for him. My sister is coming to town, I have no cash, and can't touch my account for fear that I will bounce payments. What kills me is that they're acting like it's a huge favor for them to correct their mistake! t's totally illegal for them to take money from your account without having you sign something first!
by eileen h. on I came here last week for a combined birthday event. After searching a number of venues, we both decided to have it here. On our scouting trip, we arrived here around 1230pm and it was still very much happening. We knew we would have a lot of fun here. The GM was very helpful and accommdating. I had called the day before the even to book and table and he said the tables in the danceroom were booked. He worked his magic and was able to find us a space, which so happened to be the stage. It was great! it felt like we practically owned the club. The drinks are much cheaper compared to the Hollywood clubs. Nothing that'll break the bank. The ambiance is really laid back. There are two main sections of the club - the dancefloor and the bar/sports area. What's great about this place is you can do whatever you want. You can chill at the bar and watch some sports on the TV, play some games or go dance the night away. If you're looking for a venue for your birthday party, come here. Everyone will have a great time.
