Sometimes though, we're just holding hands or riding on a bicycle built for two. Well kids, I got to "meet" another Portia last night, and it was like the antithesis of this little dream of mine, and I cherished every fleshy moment of it.
by Joy B. on I usually enjoy myself enough when I go here. Like the ambience and the fact it's spacious. Like the mixed crowd nights better. Don't like that women pay cover unless you know a promoter. I remember coming with my BF and another couple - we sat where those nugget looking things are to the rear/center of the club. Then we got asked to move since we didn't buy table service. Screw you and your $300 bottle. I'll get my super size Grey Goose at Costco for $50. I'm no sucka, sucka! :) That same night we were dancing on the sardine can dance floor; kept getting bumped by these little asian girls. Me and my friend got real tired of it real fast and they tried to get tough with us which was pretty funny. Rather than initiating clobberin' time (trust me, I'm not into the ghetto thing but I can kick some ass that needs kickin if necessary) we exchanged a few "friendly" words to put 'em in their place and proceeded to get our groove on without further issue. I feel like most "hot spots" such as this are nice but sometimes way too overrated. I do like it but it's not like I feel like I'm missing something if I don't come here for a while. But it is one of the nicer places in Hollywood.
