Honestly, whenever friends visit LA, I them to go to Circus and you wont be disappointed. The DJ's are lunatics. I have yet to go to Circus and not leave a sweaty, drunk mess. The DJ will give you back to back hits from the likes Beyonce, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and just when you think is safe to run to the restroom and grab another drink the Kanye West comes on! You have to go to the 2nd floor aka the Hip Hop room where there is a stripper pole...honey, I was twirling, doing the spilts and making my junk clap by the end of the nite. lol... ...And keep $5 on you so you can grab a bacon wrapped hotdog in the parking lot...
by Rebekah A. on I'm a big Dante's fan. I usually only come here for big events like birthdays or Valentine's or something, but whenever I do make it, it's awesome. It's good for big groups as well as intimate dinners for two. And be sure to make reservations before you go. The place is just so cool on the inside... some may call it cheesy or tacky or whatever, but it's still just cool to have live alligators beneath your feet when you walk in and to sit on a ship and listen to live jazz while you eat dinner. I love it!
