by Jamison U. on Well I have to say I am unhappy about one aspect of my meal, that is that I did not get to share this one with my wife. I travel (a lot) and eat all over, chief's high and low, and my friends believe the hype Iron Chief Morimoto is for real. Lets start with what I cannot forget, the sushi was without question top notch, the most amazing. I went with the chef sampler and was greeted with an assortment of sushi, sashimi, and rolls. What a fantastic romp through gastronomy! It was like discovering sushi was a food group. But wait their is more, I STARTED the night with a fantastic ginger cocktail, and some hamachi that was just amazing. Finished it all off with one of the better cups of espresso I have had (and I consider myself a coffee snob) combined with a rasberry meringue tart that was delightful. Funky fresh ambiance, hipster music, and amazing food. Five big stars!
