Since we are spontaneous with our dinner plans we rarely make reservations, which in restaurants like Top Flr it means a bit of a wait on a Friday night. We opted for waiting for out table at the bar while drinking a Malbec from their vast wine selection. The layout and design of the place makes it feel very intimate while still being very chic, but not pretentious. The food presentation is beautiful, but more importantly its actually quite good. The menu is a bit limited, but it has just enough variety to fit most pallets. I had the Fig Balsamic Lamb Chops and Top Flr Mac and Cheese. Which are simply both outstanding. For dessert coffee and Tiramisu. A great experience and I would definitely recommend it, especially for a romantic date.
by Jay A. on Go for the club downstairs, not so much the restaurant - food is decent, but over-priced. If you're not stressin the dollars and jus craving Dominican, Jubilee will do, the decor will make you feel like a campesino. The club is definately worth checkin out, females outnumber the guys and they were all dancing, not holdin up the walls. good vibe, good D.J. and good drinks.
