by Santa Flair on If it was possible for me to marry a restaurant and have it be legal, I would marry this place. Okay, not really but I really love FlipBurger! FlipBurger boutique serves impeccably made morsels from God. I can only speak about their vegetarian options but I love all of the burgers I've had there, thus far. Did I mention their french fries? I seriously believe they put crack - masked as salt - on them to get them to taste so delicious and mixing that up with some smoked mayo. Well, you have yourself a treat that folks from Europe would salivate over. In fact, I'm salivating now while I'm writing this. The downside? Well, the setting is pretentious and bougie and sometimes they play really, REALLY good music and when you go to ask the server - it takes them forever to find the song out IF they can, which so far hasn't happened for me. I also want to sit in the big table set up in the back but you have to bring like 10 people and I'm not sure I can deal with having people like that all in my space.
by Claretha Lingardo on Cool place, a great alternative to the Hollywood BS. Went on a Friday night and the crowd was all about dancing, drinking and having a good time. DJ's play a great mix of old school R&B, hip-hop and soul in one room and Latin beats and reggae in another. Drinks are average but strong. Nice crowd, good easy fun time. Cover was about $5 but without the Hollywood line game.
by Diana L. on This is a cool building, with three floors and four different rooms. From what I remember hip hop was in the basement, salsa, was in the main floor to the right and the top floor was 80s. Aside form that this clubs sucks! I felt like I was in a high school dance, they let in teenagers, I just felt that the night I was there, the crowd was just too young for my taste. The drinks were good though...
