THE most unique restaurant that I've ever been to. THE most interesting restaurant owner ever. we came on a monday and they had a guy singing and playing the guitar. i loved the live music. i enjoyed listening to him play but also the ability to have a conversation at the same time because it wasn't SO loud. the service was just okay. our waitress didn't strike me as too friendly, however the other guy helping us with our fondue set was.. so they even'ed each other out haha. while we were looking over the menus, dante, the owner, came over and spoke to us for a little bit. he was telling us stories of his life and was able to relate to each of us. he has the most interesting stories!! his bio in the back of the menu is amazing. and if you look around the restaurant there are pictures of him and so many famous and important people, like presidents, politicians, stars, artists, etc!! even the decoration of the restaurant is interesting. you have antique cars outside and a real boat inside! also, the menu is in 64 different languages. to prove it, he brought over a menu for my friend in urdu, pakistan's language and my friend said it was very well written. i love everything about this place!! we ordered: - imported cheese fondue appetizer - cheese, bread, apples - beef fondue - beef, mushrooms, zucchini, peppers - chicken fondue - chicken, mushrooms, brocolli cooking the food does take patience, especially if you're really hungry. we got 2 plates of meat split among 3 ppl, which at first seemed to not be enough, but at the end we couldn't even finish! as dante said, eating your food slower, helps you eat less, helps you digest, and helps you gain less weight from food. all really good positives. i was hesitant about eating fondue for dinner cause i thought it would be really heavy but the meat was cooked in oil and then dipped in 4 different sauces. not heavy at all and i was throughly stuffed. the food itself was not mind-blowing but i really enjoyed myself!!

I'm not a club person, nor am I hip or cool or even want to be! That being said! Door person is as you would expect attitude, and part of the drink sales prevention team by over committing to his role! We went with a couple that are well connected to the scene and they new all the movers and shakers in the club as well as the owner. This proved to be the best! I loved the layout of the club, more of a lounge feel, good music, good vibe, again people really know how to step out in ATL and Halo did not disappoint. Jason and Alicia were great, thanks for a great night out!

I used to love this place until my jacket was stolen on a random Tuesday night. No coat check on weekdays? Um. And when I called the next day in hopes that it showed up at the end of the night, all I got was a flippant response explaining that I "have to watch my stuff while I'm there." Really!? I'm not supposed to dance; I'm supposed to be hovering over my jacket the whole night!? I didn't get an apology - not even the slightest bit of sympathy. We had some good times, Middlesex, but when I needed a friend, you weren't there. So this is goodbye. Good luck fueling your business with unfriendly staff and clientele that shows up for the chance at a good score. This time you only score 1 star.
