by Vivian W. on Was a little hesitant about this place after reading the reviews on rateclubs but I was def pleasantly surprised. I went last Friday ( met Johnny Drama from Entourage!) with a group of friends, and we all had a great time. We went early (1030ish) and we were only waiting in line for about 5-10minutes. No cover for the ladies, and the guys with us only paid $10 each. Decent music, a nice outdoor terrace and a good sized dance floor. No complaints.
by Rigoberto Callar on True story. After the lowlife doorman made us wait in line for 20 minutes, we finally got in to find the place empty with maybe about 20 people inside (stupid hype lines). I went with a group of my friends last night (April 10, 2009) and my two friends took a "complimentary" shot at the bar. Within minutes my sober friends turned to drunken messes off of one shot. Now I know my friends for over 15 years now and I've NEVER seen them this way before so I knew something was very wrong. After the douche bag doormen kicked out, my now lifeless friends, my other friends and I decided to take them to the hospital. It turns out that those shots had the "DATE RAPE DRUG" in them. It was the completely horrible to see my friends in so much pain. Please don't go to this place it is very unsafe, plus most people are drugged up and its a totally fake Hollywood crowd! Nothing Ecco friendly about this place.
by Jere Semke on I'm sure the restaurant at Iguana's is great and all but I''ve never stopped in it long enough to appreciate the food. I've always headed for the nightclub down below. Iguana's nightclub is small, it gets crowded and it's perfect if you just wanna get twisted...lol The nightclub is free to get into all night long!! What can be better than free??!! Don't expect the best drinks either, this is a place for you and your friends to get completely trashed just because..lol
