Yummy. After rooting for Kevin on Top Chef, my wife and I had to check out Woodfire Grill when we made it to ATL. The food did not disappoint. Setting. The restaurant is modern yet cozy. It's a nice setting for the elegant comfort food. Service. The staff was outstanding. Someone was always stopping by the table to check on us and welcome us to the restaurant. If anything, it was almost too much of a good thing. But the staff was knowledgeable about all of the food, which enhanced our dining experience. Food. We opted for the five-course tasting menu, which was punctuated with a few little surprises from the kitchen. The first four courses were outstanding. The quail was the standout. But the desert was a slight let down. The raspberry sauce was so tart and potent that overwhelmed the chocolate cup with cheese cake filling. Woodfire is not cheap, but it is a nice treat when you are in the mood for a special dinner.

This is a review on the multiple times Ive been there. To start with the door guys are nice and do a great job of making the place feel safe. The bar is awesome. The bartenders have a good knowledge in there craft and produce a great product at a great price. The management of the property is amazing. You have to love a place that the owner is one of the bartenders and spends most of his time bar backing and cleaning. All of that i gave 5 stars!!! Now the stuff that bothers me every time. The bathrooms drive me nuts! You always have to do a second thought on buying another drink due to the fact that might break the seal and send you into the line from hell for the bathroom. The dance floor is way to small making it feel mosh pit. If you don't want to dance of use the bathroom and don't mind barely 21 people that are way to housed to be out then this place is awesome. But really If you cant handle that. Don't go out. This an older but great club/bar
