Good times fah sho! For anybody who wants their House fix in LA, KK is the place to be on Saturday nights. But I hear you have to come on the right Saturday night...but for my first time there, I definitely was very lucky. To let you all in the circle...you should try to sign up for the guest list on their website so you can just pay $10 until 11pm...(usual cover is $15). So cover isn't that bad compared to the rest of the Hollywood strip. The venue isn't anything grand, its just a big room with a dance floor and the bar to the back. There is a stage area where you can just chill out with your friends. The dance floor is pretty big for proper movement to the music (so go whacking and vogueing all you like lol). Drinks are not that bad. They are at average price from $8 to $10. The bartenders are really nice too. Overall, pretty good experience. Hella hot inside tho!!!...so be sure to take some breaks outside to have a cigg or chat it up with some homies. House definitely has a home in LA. enjoy. =]

I just turned 21 and decided to celebrate at Opera. It was just me and my fiance, we bought the baller package and it was pretty pricey, but it got you in with no wait and we got a free drink each. We were also able to go to any area in the club. It was a lot of fun! They played good music and the DJ was really good. I had an overall great experience and I'm looking forward to going again. Only downside is that drinks are pretty pricey,($12 for a redbull and vodka (a very small cup)!) and the general admission wait was kind of long.
