by Jana P. on My girl friends and I went bar hopping on our first night in NYC and we stumble into Candle Bar. At first, we didn't know that it was a gay bar or whatever but its okay... because we love this type of setting. Our bartender was great. The drinks were reasonable price since we were drinking shots of Hennessey and well drinks. Would love to come here again!
by Steve M. on Quick summery. The GOOD: Mood had a nice layout, GREAT house/hip hop music, and cute dancers. Probably the best music I have heard for my taste yet. The BAD: Thursday is Asian night. As we found out. Asians do not like WHITE GUYS from the MIDWEST at Thursday Asian night. Which A)I dont get and B)There was some real beautiful Asian women. SO you should go on Friday, Sat or Sun(Hip Hop Nite). Drink Prices:6 dollar beers..OK...but one bartender charged 12.00 for a small rum and coke....is there REAL coke in that glass? SUMMERY Go before 10pm on the weekend, go WASTED, and go with friends.
