I love this place. It is a secret Hollywood hangout. The food is wonderful! I love the Gazpacho, the chicken pecan salad, the salmon mango salad, the paella, and the half chicken plate. There is so much more delicious items on the menu too! Way too much to list. The ower Juan is very welcoming and with the good food it soon becomes a regular hang out!

So I had the daunting task of organizing a bachelor party for a randomn group of late 30 year old guys on a Thursday night in LA. Being a father of two, I don't get out much these days. So I hit up all my single friends who still might know the LA scene. All the names that came up were more loungy-type places and I knew we needed to find something that had more of a "hoochie" factor to it. Once I made our requirements more clear to my friends, Kress was soon a strong possibility. When we got to the line, the scene was not very promising. After mentioning "table service," the seemingly desparate enthusiasm from the promoters got us even more worried. We were running out of time, so decided to just go with their three bottle minimum at $200 a pop. I've read in other reviews that this place had multiple floors, but this particular night must've been slow because they only had the underground dancefloor open. We were the only table service for the night and got to pick a great corner right next to the stage where their gogo dancers perform (which by the way was...nice). The place wasn't packed, but had just enough people to serve our purposes. In the end, we all had a good time...the service was great and DJ was awesome (played straight up thug music the whole night, but managed to mix it all in nicely). I found out later from one of the guys in our group that his sister and her friends cracked up hysterically when they heard we were taking the group to Kress. On a regular night out with the guys, I can see why. But for the experience we were looking for, it all worked out in the end.

I was there last night for my company holiday party and it was not a bad place. Granted everything was paid for by my company, but the drinks werent bad, the finger food was also good and it was half a block from the train.
