Do not pay a cover charge here! This club told the city they are a restaurant in order to get the permit and cannot legally charge a cover.  If they tell you to pay, call the cops and they will be fined and/or arrested. Club sucks anyway.

This bar fucking kicks ass. What I love about El Rio: Huge outdoor patio with heat lamps and BBQ. Dog friendly-Willie enjoyed his first DYL here. Shuffleboard, pool and a couple of tv's inside to catch the Giants game. $2.50 beers and well drinks until 9pm.  9pm!!! What I don't love about El Rio: It's not near my house.
