by David D. on Very nice layout and elegant atmosphere. They have a decent selection of champagne but the prices are pretty steep for the quality. This place attracts the young, trendy, and "elite-" but it just wasn't my crowd. The people seemed a little too stuck up for me. The down stairs dance floor just wasn't that much fun either. As previously stated, the guy/girl ratio is WAY off. Also, instead of everyone actually dancing with eachother, having a good time, people just danced in their own little cliques. I like places where EVERYONE is dancing and you're forced to dance with people that you don't really know. Makes for a much more fun experience. On a brighter note, the service was excellent and they had a good mix of music playing both upstairs and downstairs.
by Captain G. on As a club, this place is very well designed. I really like the dance floor, the lights, the outside patio and the waterfall... the gazebos, the pool table. There are so many cool things here, that it's just AWESOME. Now, I've only been here once, and I did actually 'end up' here, since I came here at 3 am (stayed till 6). But, for all practical purposes this place was a gay bar. At least 90% of the crowd were gay, and the females were either lesbian, or hanging out with their gay friends. I think maybe this place should be tagged as gay bar on Rateclub, since that's really what it seemed like. Of course, if you know that beforehand, then it's a very nice club. Most of the guys were topless (and I was VERY envious of their bodies!!), rolling hard on E, and very friendly. The tranny dancers were also pretty damn sexy, and I found it amusing how some girl left a review saying how she felt that these 'ladies' were more attractive than most actual women are! I guess that's how I felt about the gay guys with their ripped bodies. The music playing here was House and Techno, and the DJ was pretty good. I like how this place just stays partying when everyone else closes. Although, I kind of wish that the crowd was more diverse. Then again, I really couldn't see how I would be able to continue partying this late unless I was on ecstasy too, so I am not likely to come here again. Maybe I'd have enjoyed it more if I wasn't as tired as I was. It's a fun place, just not quite what I was looking for.
