I like FPN for the most part. We go there for lunch sometimes since it's right near our bldg. I almost always get the Turkey BLT Club. Has a very tasty aioli on it & comes toasted. Good burgers & fries, too. If you need something more "real food", their fried chicken is really good, IMO. They have lots of good salads to choose from if you need something a little lighter. Menu is quite varied, so I'm sure anyone in your party can find something good to eat. I don't recall having anything I disliked. Service is always fine, never really great. Patio is good to sit on when the weather is nice. It does make you almost feel like you've left the city & are on vacation or something. I will agree with the poster about the sewer smell. There are a couple of spots on the patio where you catch a whiff every few minutes. Pretty nasty.

Eek! Methinks not indeed! I was a bit wary about going to Jillian's to watch Cornell play Kentucky last Thursday after reading some of the reviews on Rateclub.  Lo and behold, everything negative that was written about Jillian's came true, and then some. These are some of the things that went wrong that awful night: - They knew ahead of time that about 500 people would be coming to watch the game, but before the game even started, they ran out of glasses for beer and their drink special. - None of the staff knew how to work their screens, so we had to watch the game on the smallest of screens for the first half of the game.  wtf - At one point, ALL the screens turned to the Xavier game, and it took them so long to switch their feeds back. augh - They refused to serve ONLY our table, and they were such beeches about it too.  "Your table's shut down, that's why no one's helping you and no one is going to help you."  Errm...even if that was true, couldn't the waiter be a bit more polite about it? - We had to ask the tables surrounding us to order for us.  How lame is that. - Their 13 dollar nachos...I never knew nachos could be so gross until I had nachos from here.  A part of me is glad that they refused us service, since it forced us to not eat more of their gross food. - They ran out of chairs, so they gave me a stool to sit on for the game.  I got up for one second to adjust my shirt, and one of the waitresses pushed it away from our table huffing and puffing.  What's that about. I could see why people would think this place looks 'cool' from the outside, but if you care about the QUALITY of food, service, and just overall experience, I would NOT recommend this place at all.  Never again.
