Had a good experience here - both for brunch and for dinner. Dinner: We got lucky and scored a seat right away. (3s a hard table to fill, I think) The shaker of Violet B. martinis was an excellent deal. It was tasty and came with candy. Candy! The tapas-esque plates were a good size. French onion dumpling were good, the fries were good but hard to eat and the tofu dish was yummy. The lobster macaroni was not actually marcaroni noodles but apparently good all the same. I like the decor. Saw the inside for brunch, which was ok but not nearly as good as dinner. The hash browns were plain jane freezer potato cubes. My omelette was good and the toast is tiny toast! I love tiny things! And oh, I don't know. This place didn't feel like it was attempting to be Manhattan to me. There was far too much space and far too yuppies.

Go for the shrimp with lobster sauce. Best dish for a traditionalist. Great for take out , which can be delivered, if your dinner adds up to $39.

This Mission St. bar is most definitely classified as a "Dive Bar". There is a small bar with a huge yard and has a jukebox, billiard table and a shuffle-board table as the bar's entertainment Monday night was $1.00 for a can of PBR and $2.00 for selective well mixed-drinks. Monday night was also the venue for a small Rateclub event for Jessica and Nicole passing out our Rateclub-cape for the upcoming Bay-to-Breakers event on Sunday. My fifth ever B2B event, but first ever with the coolest Rateclubers. I can't wait!! There will be some drunk Rateclubers this upcoming Sunday. "CALL THE NATIONAL GUARDS!!"
