I decided to first write the review, and then decide on the rating... I want to be fair. I didn't know much about this place when my sister chose it as her Birthday venue. Our friend made reservations about a month in advanced for our group of 20. She even called twice during the day of the dinner to confirm. So, why is it there was not a table ready when we got there 10 minutes late?? (She had called a few minutes before the reservation to let them know we were running late). We got there with a bunch of roses and balloons, but there was no table for us. We heard all kinds of excuses from everyone and that's when Toria asked for the manager. Once he was informed of the situation a table magically appeared for us.The table could only accommodate about 3/4 of our party, but after another table opened up they added it to our three tables. The service was just OK, and the food was pretty mediocre. My sister's boyfriend requested that I mention that the server refused to bring him a glass of water after he order 4 coronas and two glasses of wine. The waiter informed him that he could only bring him a bottle of water, which cost David $4. I did not like that one bit. I get it, you are trying to make money... but if someone who already purchased dinner from you, and is now ordering drinks wants a glass of water, give him the damn water!! They have valet and those guys were very nice. They also have a live band that plays salsa there, but the people dancing were just not my type of crowd. So, yes the place is nice, but there is NOTHING that calls me to go back. I ended up leaving at about 11:30 and I doubt you will ever see the likes of me there again. Oh, the margaritas were good! And that's all folks!

Maybe I'm just partial to red velvet, but I love this place. I saw Clinic here and it was such a surreal experience. All of the employees were dressed up as if it were a Frank Sinatra style dinner party, and there I was drunk in a scrubby t-shirt watching a rock show. Acoustics are great and the floor didn't get crowded. I guess it helps that it was one of the best shows I've ever seen.
