by Bill B. on Eve is an interesting combination of looks. The bar itself is very nicely stocked and has a classy look, complemented by the black pleather banquette seating along the opposite wall. Props to the bartender for mixing an excellent mojito with real strawberry; I'm certainly interested in sampling their forthcoming cocktail menu. The bare concrete floor and industrial space create an odd contrast, though, that I had to ignore as they detracted from the bar and the retro cheesecake photographs on display. I also give credit to the DJ for not blasting the music overly loud during happy hour (5-7pm, $2 off all drinks); I'm told it gets pretty loud later at night though.
