by Sion O. on Nothing "Great" about this place. I wish I could give zero stars. Bouncers and staff are so rude and slow. I think they forget they are in the service business. The bouncers all think they are Rocky Balboa. Give me McGann's anytime.
by John C. on Avoid Smoke if you are looking for either a comfortable place to relax (the seating layout is awful) or good jazz (the quality of performances is frankly among the worst in the city). That being said, I still visit Smoke every once in a while, as it is the only jazz club in my neighborhood.
