Always my go-to spot for when out-of-towners come to visit. Food is flavorful and the menu is varied enough to please most people. The ambiance make for a good wow factor.

A friend of mine planned... tried to plan a birthday party here last night... key word being tried. She's a very organized person and was working on this a month in advance. Booked it for tonight, Saturday July 11th... there was no problem at the time - we were going to have our own private room with our own private DJ and free entrance to anyone on her list, it was going to be a great time. Two weeks before the event they called her up and told her that they overbooked for that night. No biggie, she moved the event to Friday night because the room would be free for that night. The Wednesday prior to the party she goes down to the place to sign the bar guarantee which is pretty standard stuff, everything is golden and set. The night of, she gets there at 10 to set things up and make sure everything is cool turns out that they overbooked again - this is after having been in constant contact with the management of the place over the past week and PERSONALLY being there on Wednesday. They said we'd have our own roped off area, still free admission, and free bottles of Henny all night. That didn't happen either as her guests were being turned away at the door, and I was still personally charged the $40 to get in. I specifically explained the situation to the guy at the door but it was no dice. What a complete and utter disaster it was. Never ever try and plan a party here. The staff does not know what they are doing. As far as the place itself - decent looking women, the music was tiresome as the DJ often time played intros to songs that would utterly stop the momentum on the dance-floor instead of mixing in... and would stop the bonafide club bangers mid-stream for other songs. The bartenders were too busy talking to patrons and among themselves to take care of people looking to buy drinks. If I ever go back there, it'll be too soon.

Luckie Food Lounge was awesome! I love the sushi!!! My favorite sushi was the Samuri. A few times I was addicted to the sushi, I loved it so much that right after dinner.....the next day we went for lunch also. I it's also great for a party setting as well. It's one of Atlanta's best Food Lounges. It's "the real thing", doling out "the best Asian and American cuisines, from sushi to pizza or steaks. It is the next best thing for Atlanta lounges, ranked tops in Atlanta. There also are plenty of savory vegetarian dishes. How does a taste of great food, drinks, music and great people sounds to you? If it sounds fun, then check out Luckie Food Lounge. I love the whole theme of the restaurant. The food, decor, and bathroom is hot! I thought the decor was pretty cool! It gave me a nice vibe of L.A. Plus the prices are very reasonable. So it fits any mood whether you are going out on a date or hanging out with a group of friends.
