by Erik Sieczka on Basically, if you want to get sloppy and wild come to this bar. Ideal college bar. We came for my bf's birthday. The deal was $30- top shelf, open bar (excluded Grey Goose and Patron) for 3 hours. There was a sign with his name on the front door. There was a group of 10 of us who got there at the same time and the bouncer was quick to make sure we all got our wristbands to start the open bar on time. The girl bartender was absolutely amazing and efficient. After my first drink, she remembered me and my order the whole night. The shots were about $5 (not included in the open bar). I was really happy with paying $5 for a shot. Maybe a little too happy because I had way too many... that's another story. The guys played beer pong most of the night and had a lot of fun with that. We snagged a large table where someone was always sitting. Were able to store our coats and bags no problem. My only complaint is the lack of dancing or dance music. I guess you have to remember it's a dive bar and they're going to play bar music- 80s, 90s, and some stuff you would hear on the radio today. I won't subtract this from the rating though because I loved everything else about this place. Even the general crowd was a lot of fun and down to get drunk. I will absolutely be returning if I'm ever in the area. Great prices, great bar tending, crazy fun time.
by Cliff Thieklin on WHACK WHACK WHACK out in the boonies, and there's a reason for that! security sucks. they think they tight but no! a row of about 10 cars got broken into and not one security guard outside noticed anything. not worth the cover. there are definitely better bars AND clubs downtown worth your money and trust.
by Dan W. on Not sure of the food, but the service lousy. Came in last week after the Chapelle and it wasn't that crowded. Despite numerous efforts the bartender literally ignored me and my wife. Luckie's a nice looking club/restaurant but it has a serious service issue.
