Nightlife with 10 people in our group means going out dancing and getting inebriated. lol It happens to be one of friends has been here before and had mentioned its cool inside. When we first arrived around 1100p the bouncer had told us there playing rock and house inside the club and will be playing hip hop @ 1230a. My group says lets go to another bar and come back, and so we did. To get inside Greenhouse the cover charge is 20.00, which I didn't mind to pay but our group was willing to do bottle service so we can get in all free. FYI alcohol in bars/clubs are expensive in NY. A cocktail can cost you 15.00 and beer 8.00. Ohya and there is no last call for alcohol too!!! and the clubs/bars closes @ 4am. Weird huh? but I guess its because no one drinks and drives they all take cabs here!! lol K back to the club, as you walk in there are shiny little crystals dangling from the ceiling everywhere and every table had animal bushes shaped into dogs, cats, frogs, bears etc.. as you can see the club is named "GREENHOUSE" get it? hehehe but yes we had a private VIP area were we were able to see the whole club. The DJ played a mixture of hip hop and house. Over all a cool place to go for nightlife.

Been here twice, the basement room "The Vault" of Element. One when it was dead, and once when was packed, so take this with a grain of salt - but I was there last night and there were literally 150 people there with one bartender - and she wasn't very fast. She at least had the presence of mind to call for backup. Unfortunately the backup meant a guy with a thick accent - an added handicap in a 120Db environment, especially when he was trying to tell me my card wouldn't swipe (he was holding it upside down) . $50 credit card minimum and slow service meant it took an hour to get enough liquor in me to get my card out of hock. To add insult to injury, Absolut was running a promotion, and their servers kept on jumping the line to get served drinks they were giving away for free. Now, I own a place, and people have said it can take awhile to get a drink, but this was insane.
