by Donna K. on Last night, I went here to go to Dan the Automator's Audio Alchemy event and LOVED it. The venue itself was a great choice. Yoshi's has different type of areas for all your socializing needs: restaurant, bar, auditorium, and lounge. For the event, the restaurant was cleared out, but since I arrived early... I got a peek and it looked comfortable and perfect for a date or food and drinks with your friends. I love the choice of decor and the entire set up of the building. It felt very open and relaxed. The colors chosen were conservative, but tasteful. The staff was fantastic. Helpful and professional. The bar drinks were yum. I tried some of their food, which was tasty and light on flavors. So the point is, I really enjoyed myself and the crowd for this event was super chill. :) A good night! Thanks Yoshi's.
by Lonnie Eskenazi on Never eaten inside...only gotten really drunk upstairs. We usually go in a large group and sit around having apps, drinks and enjoying the amazing view of downtown. Drinks are pretty overpriced, the waitstaff is pretty poor, and the food served upstairs is just so-so. There really should be more places in the city that you can enjoy a drink with such an amazing view. So im not saying dont go...just be forewarned.
