by Dudley Ganz on Great bar with gorgeous architectural gems scattered about. The go-go cages are a nice touch. It was my first time in such an establishment and I was out celebrating with a mixed group of co-workers. The guest of honor had been spending a lot of time in LA recently and had taken a liking to this place for its LA vibe. It was the day after MJ"s death and they started out the music with some MJ hits, which our group appreciated, but then it quickly turned into the standard music that I'm not into. The mixed drinks are super weak, but I guess I would return on my annual trek to the Castro.
by Julie D. on I think I must be old! We ended up at the Cat Club last night for 80's night. We meant to check out an event at the Supper Club but got there to late. The music was awesome. I love singing along. I just didn't appreciate the sweaty bodies touching me. There were WAY to many people stuffed into that place. At least it was only $6 to get in. I just drank water so alcohol wasn't an issue for me. I'd prefer to go somewhere I can stand comfortably without be touched by wet stinky people.
