by Dia Rakes on I adore this place. It is one of a select few deep house music "homes" here in SF. Much of my love for this club is due to the people who frequent it and the vibe they create. I can go to another deep house venue and see the same Mighty regulars...a very authentic scene, very genuine, natural, and most definitely deep house. Reminiscent of a "Roots" deep house night at beloved Cielo. Dancing in my sneakers and jeans is always the only way to go, but another reason why I like this place is that house dancers are so fiercely in their zone, that they don't care what you wear or how you dance, just don't step on any toes, literally. "It's all love here." Nobody comes in with a bad attitude. I can approach one of my favorite djs and give him a big hug and "thank you" and I know that he knows I mean it, and so do the other patrons who appreciate the sound. And, I couldn't imagine a better venue for a Salted saturday night. Feels like home.
by Dessa R. on This is a great place for all types of things: studying, meetings, dates, desserts, appetizers, a drink or two, grab a cup of coffee, or just to hang out-they have free wi-fi for customers. It's pretty cozy and has plenty of seats-i LOVE the fireplace-its huge and pretty! I want a fireplace like this in my future home. The desserts are so yummy, the lunch sandwiches and salads are great, the mojitos are pretty strong & environment is cool. I love coming here.
