Went here on a Sunday evening for dinner and it was buzzing - great atmosphere. Service was exceptional ffrom the off, with a very friendly and courteous waiter who earned every penny of his tip. For starters we had four small plates between four of us and picked at all of them, and all were excellent. I have no idea what was in their duck spring rolls but they were unbelievably tasty. For my entree I took the plunge and had the kobe ribeye. Tender, rich and incredibly heavy, but my GOD was it tasty. I have to say I left the place as satisfied as I've ever left any restaurant, and if you don't go for the $85 main course (which I did), it's really not THAT expensive. Worth a visit.

Well I have to say I am a fan of the Dragonfly because they support local music and it's walking distance from my friend's house. I have been here twice, both times to see friend's bands. The first time my friend's band was opening for the spasmatics so I also got to see them perform which was fun. The second time was yesterday and it was a free show with about 4 bands performing including my friend's band and Tony Alva's band. Unfortunately I couldn't stick around to see Tony Alva's band play, but my friend's band "castle doctrine" rocks. The Dragonfly has a lot of floor space, a good size stage, plenty of bar space, an outdoor area (w/bar) where you can smoke, and a few booth/table seats. It can be pricey but so many places are these days.
