by Byron Y. on No cover charge = lots of people doped on "E" getting in. I like dancing to house once in a while but not when everyone is drugged out on E and staring at flickering lights. I don't dig when you have kids under 21 mixing with people that should be old enough to be their parents with sunglasses on bobbing their heads like they're bobble heads. Not cool.
by Bob Q. on Been here 3 times now and have had a blast every time. I would characterize this place as a good medium between a club and a bar. There are two sections, the front is predominately a traditional bar but they still play music there and as the night goes on people dance. The 'rear' section is where the DJ is and where most people go to dance. The $7 cover is kind of surprising and some would say a little unreasonable because the drinks aren't utterly cheap, but if you get there before 10 its free (its usually empty until about 11 but there are ins-&-outs so I say.. go in for free, leave to pre-drink, then go back inside). All in all, I would recommend this if you're not looking to go clubbing but people in your party still want to dance. A something for everyone type of place. TIP - They do not have parking lot, you have to park on the adjacent streets. So get there earlier than you normally would.
